Return Policy

If you have any question about sizing or fitting or you need a consultation about how to style our products, we are here to help you. Our sincere hope is that you love our products and we aim to create an incredible experience for you.

Please be aware of the fact that the indigo color will gently fade over time, creating beautiful shades. That is not a quality problem of the item but the natural aging process of this fabric. Therefore we cannot accept returns past 14 days if the reason behind it is the natural characteristic of the fabric. 

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to arrange a return for a size/item exchange or a refund. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@madebyordinary.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the buyer.

You can always contact us for any return question. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please make sure to take photos of the  package, of the wrapping materials and of the damaged product.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom products (such as a special orders or personalized items). 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Payment

Since all our products on e-shop are in stock we are able to process your order in 2-4 days.


Your shipping assignment will be initiated, as soon as your payment has been received in our bank account. All shipping includes tracking.


We currently ship within Czech Republic. For shipping in other countries please contact us. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Shipping with Česká pošta | Czech Post: Balík do ruky | Parcel delivery to your door step - 110 CZK. We can not guarantee when your items will arrive.
